Can you redesign my existing website?

What do you need from me to get started?

Who writes the website content?

I do not have images for my website. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We can use suitable stock imagery, graphics, icons or design elements to help bring your website to life. If you have your own professional photos, we can also include those.
Can you match my website to my branding?

Do I need website hosting?
Yes. Hosting is what allows your website to be stored online and accessed by visitors. If you do not already have hosting, we can help arrange it for you.
Can you host my website for me?
Yes. We offer hosting options for clients who would prefer us to manage the technical side of keeping their website online.
What is a domain name?
A domain name is your website address, such as yourbusiness.com.au. If you already have a domain, we can connect it to your new website. If you do not have one yet, we can help you register one.
Can you help with DNS settings?
Yes. DNS controls where your domain points, including your website, email and other services. We can help configure your DNS records correctly so your website and email work as they should.
Will my website go offline during the launch?
In most cases, the launch process is smooth and any downtime is minimal or avoided entirely. We carefully manage the DNS and launch process to reduce disruption wherever possible.
Can you set up business email addresses?
Yes. We can help set up professional email addresses using your domain, such as info@yourbusiness.com.au.
Can you help with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Yes. We can assist with setting up or connecting services such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for your business email.
Will changing my website affect my emails?
Not usually, as your website and email can be managed separately. However, DNS changes need to be handled carefully to make sure your email continues working correctly. We always check this during the launch process.
Can you fix email issues?
Yes. We can help troubleshoot common email issues such as emails not sending, emails going to spam, DNS record problems, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, and mailbox connection issues.
How often should my website be updated?
Your website should be updated whenever your business information, services, prices, images or content changes. Regular updates also help keep your website fresh, secure and performing well.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes. If your website is built on a platform such as WordPress, you can make basic updates yourself. If you would prefer not to manage it, we can also take care of updates for you.
Do you offer website maintenance?
Yes. We offer maintenance options for clients who want ongoing support, updates, security checks, backups and general website assistance.
What does website maintenance include?
Maintenance can include plugin updates, theme updates, backups, security checks, small content changes, troubleshooting, performance checks and general website support.
What happens if something breaks on my website?
If you are on a maintenance or support plan, we can investigate and fix the issue for you. For clients without a plan, we can still assist on an hourly or quoted basis depending on the issue.
Will my website show up on Google?

Do you guarantee first page rankings on Google?
No one can honestly guarantee first page rankings, as Google rankings depend on competition, content, backlinks, location, industry and ongoing SEO work. However, we build your website with a strong foundation so it has the best chance to perform well.

We usually require a deposit to secure the project, with the remaining balance due once the website is completed and ready to launch. Payment terms may vary depending on the project.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. We will clearly outline the project cost before starting. Additional costs only apply if extra features, changes, third-party tools, paid third-party plugins, hosting, domains or extra work are requested outside the original scope.
What if I am unhappy with the website?
We work closely with you throughout the process to make sure the website is heading in the right direction. Your feedback is important, and revisions are included during the build so we can refine the website before launch.
Can you integrate booking systems, forms, payments or other tools?
Yes. We can integrate a range of tools depending on your business needs, including contact forms, booking systems, payment gateways, CRM tools, POS systems, social media feeds and other third-party platforms.
